We recommend families to keep and take note of

iPasen Username and Password, as well as iANDE password.

If you change mobile phone or uninstall iPasen App, you may lose automatic access to it and further problems. The guide includes how to recover password.

If you change your phone number, you must inform school. Although you change it in the app, changes are not updated in the student's record.
